Following the soda project we went to Mona's birthday party at the Polar Play in Scottsdale. This is a very unique venue that has a "freezer" to play in to simulate the polar ice. Inside they had "snowballs", a bar, shuffle board, bags and checkers. In the lobby they had a fireplace, giant Uno, giant Jenga and giant Connect 4.

Sunday Funday
On Sunday we did the soda rocket project. Max was so excited for this one. It's where we put a role of Mentos in Diet Coke and regular Coke to see which one would shoot soda the highest. It was determined that Diet Coke was the winner. Max dropped the first role of Mentos into the Diet Coke, but the soda shoots up so fast that he was running away and missed seeing the soda shoot up so high. We decided for the next two rounds that Andy would do it while I took pictures and video.
