Baseball Pictures

Max is really enjoying baseball. So much that he is even practicing at home during the week and he's getting better at hitting the ball. Here are some pictures from Monday night's game.

Happy Easter!

I hope all of our family and friends had a happy Easter. I know we had a fun weekend. On Friday night we went to the mall to visit the Easter bunny, per Max's request. I was surprised he wanted to since he did not want to visit Santa, but I went with it and we took him to the mall. They were having technical difficulties all night with their printer, so they allowed us to take a picture using our phone.


On Saturday we colored eggs using whipped cream and food coloring. This technique was so neat because the eggs turned out very swirly and looked pretty cool.






We hosted Easter for our family and friends. We had a total of 14 people at the house. We started with a simple Easter egg hunt for the kids where I filled one large egg with each kid's name on the egg and they had to only find theirs. It turned out to be pretty fun.


After we all ate the kids swam together while the adults had time to talk on the back patio in the beautiful AZ weather.

Baseball, Birthday and Fun

We kicked off this weekend with Maxim's social calendar. On Saturday morning we had baseball pictures followed by a baseball game.









We went home quickly to get ready for a birthday party at Uptown Jungle for one of Max's school friends. He had so much fun playing with all of his little friends from school.







Andy played golf on Sunday so Max and I had a fun day with no TV or video games. These are the best days! We did LEGOs, projects, colored Easter eggs and went swimming (because we can here in Arizona).










We Facetimed with grandpa J and grandma V and the funny thing was that Zoe Facetimed with them too. She stuck around the whole time and wanted in on it. This was too funny!

Happy Birthday

It's Andy's birthday and of course Max was beyond excited to celebrate a wonderful father and husband.

Trick candles are always a lot of fun. This is the first year we used them with Max and he thought it was hilarious. He couldn't figure out why the candles weren't going out until we told him they are trick candles. His laughter is priceless.

Baseball and Projects

Last weekend Max had another game. He was pretty excited for this game because cousin Stephanie drove down to watch his game.








Following the game we went out for brunch before Stephanie drove back to Surprise.


Since Max loves projects, I recently signed him up to receive Kiwi Crate for 6 months. This is a subscription box that has a monthly project in it that's geared toward the child's age. We received the first one and we learned about arcades while Max made his own claw and claw machine.

Baseball Game

Max had a game on Monday.








He was the first to raise his hand to be first baseman during the second inning and he was so excited the coach picked him. He tried really hard to catch every ball that came his way.
