Phoenix Children's Museum

It was supposed to be a rainy day on Sunday so we took the big man to check out the Phoenix Children's Museum for the first time. My first impression: that place is really cool for kids. There are three floors and tons and tons of activities. We only stayed a couple hours and we honestly could have stayed for four hours. Maxim had a lot of fun and was kicking and screaming when it was time to go. The key to the museum is to get there when they open before it gets crazy busy. Maxim is a shy boy and doesn't do well with big crowds of people so it was best that we get there when it first opened before it got packed.

There was so many things for him to do and he just kept smiling, laughing and having a good time. We had a lot of fun just watching him.

There was a giant climbing "tree house" when you first walked in. His favorite part was climbing the stairs and sitting in the boat looking down at daddy.

How fun is a pretend car wash with various bikes to go through.

Pom Pom balls that got sucked into tubes and pushed back out. Max thought this was hilarious.

I wish we got a better photo of this activity because Max had so much fun. It was the noodle room with hundreds of foam noodles hung from the ceiling.

He wasn't into the puzzles as much as he liked the light.

Just hanging out in a cubby hole.

Pickle cars are way cool!

So are pencil cars!

A little music, running around and dinosaurs before we called it a day.

This was a very fun day with lots of giggles from Maxim and us. I look forward to taking him back to the museum.
