Vacation: Part II

Max woke me up at 6am on Saturday morning and I told him to go back to bed because he was the only one awake. He couldn't fall back asleep and was bored so he spent the time pulling out his very wiggly front tooth. He then woke me up at 7am to tell me he lost his tooth, so the tooth fairy came that night and brought him $3.00 for his tooth. It's a good thing the tooth fairy could find him in Teton national park.

We went white water rafting on Saturday afternoon down snake river. This is by far my favorite thing we did. It was unbelievably beautiful and fun. The water was freezing cold at 50 degrees, but it was ok because we were having so much fun.

A big wave came at the end and knocked Max on his butt. He took a giant rapid to the face  and he went flying backwards. Brian, Andy and another mom on the raft helped pick him up. After that he sat back by Andy because he was afraid he was going to fall out of the boat. Even though that happened he wants to white water rafter again soon.

I have many more pictures from this day, but they were all taken on an underwater disposable camera and I won't get that back from Walgreens for 1.5 weeks. Once I get those pictures back I will share them too. I feel like we got some good pictures on that raft.

That night the kids had s'mores by the fire before everyone was tired and went to bed.

There are some amazing views in Teton as we headed to the rafting place.
