Besides being a good bridesmaid I got in the kitchen, now that the holidays are over, and tried a new recipe I found in the Cooking Light magazine. It was broccoli gnocchi with grilled chicken. I have never had gnoochi before, let alone cook it, so I was pretty proud of myself at how it turned out. It was a nice light calorie meal and Andy says I can definitely make it again.
