Soccer, Poke, a Movie and One Sick Kid

We finished off the Fall soccer season this weekend. Max had a blast this season and he played hard on Saturday.

His favorite part is getting the medal with his teammates at the end of the season.

Saturday night I introduced Max to poke. It's a meal I eat for lunch often and since Max loves seafood I decided it was time to take him to a poke place for dinner and see if he likes it as much as I do. Well, of course he liked it. We got him shrimp and chicken for his protein (of course he had to add crab though) while Andy and I went with raw tuna and salmon. He tried ours and said it's really good and next time he will get shrimp and raw tuna in his bowl. I got really lucky with a good eater that will try any food at least once.

On Sunday we went to see a movie. I promised Max that we would see Ralph Breaks the Internet this past weekend, so I had to keep my promise.

We also ended the weekend with a sick kid and soup for dinner. Good thing that Andy makes an awesome homemade chicken noodle soup and can make it GF so I can eat it too!

I now have his cold! Ugh! I feel awful!
