Getting Pretty Fancy

I have made a couple of awesome meals lately that I would like to share with everyone.  They were both so good and healthy that it's a must I share. 

The first one I found on Pinterest...of course.  It's Chicken and Asparagus Crepes and it is only 405 calories and very yummy!  The recipe called for store bought crepes, but I made my own instead of buying them.  You can do it either way.  I will definitely make this again as Andy liked it too.



The other meal I made was Grilled Salmon and Brown Butter Couscous with zucchini.  I found this recipe in the Cooking Light magazine. This was also healthy and is only 545 Calories.  If you serve without the zucchini the meal is 457 calories.  It was a light dinner and very yummy as well!  If you would like me to type up the recipe I will, just let me know.
