I know I have not been good at blogging lately. It's just that I have been really busy at work and the last thing I want to do when I get home is get back on the computer. I got a new role at the firm as the national marketing director of geographies, so that's keeping me really busy. Plus, it's been a very low-key month. We really haven't done a whole lot. Most weekends revolve around Max's social life and what seems to be a birthday party every weekend. Anyway, I am going to try and do better and get back to blogging more.
One of the birthday parties this month was held at Top Golf and the mom sent me pictures of the boys. Max had a great time celebrating Vinny.
Another weekend we went to the Putt Shack with our core circle of friends. This was a lot of fun. It's an indoor mini golf place. The obstacles on each hole were unique and they served you beverages while you were playing. Of course, this place is in north Scottsdale so we won't be going very much.
After mini golf, we all headed out to dinner. The kids got some fancy shakes with their dinners.
Max has been helping us cook most nights. He still loves to cook.
Max has been getting in some night swimming lately since it's still pretty hot here.
Sammy just loves Max.
We had lunch with Max at school on Friday. Parents are allowed to come in on Fridays and eat lunch with their kids. This is the first time we did this and we brought him his favorite from Chipotle.
I know this month is heading towards the end and I can't believe it's almost Labor Day weekend. Why does the time go by so fast? I will do my best to blog more next month...at least if we get out and do more.
